Where do you deliver?
Within Richmond city limits. At this time, we are unable to delivery beyond this radius. However, you are welcome to drop by our shop and pick up the arrangement anytime.
When do you deliver?
We deliver every day that the shop is open (Tuesday - Sunday).
We do not guarantee delivery times. Typically deliveries are made between 3 and 6PM. Contact us directly if you have special delivery needs.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat $15 delivery fee for all deliveries within Richmond city limits.
If I join the floral delivery program, when will I get my delivery?
We offer bi-weekly and monthly floral delivery programs. Subscriptions are delivered the first and third Friday's of the month.
When I order flowers, what does "designer's choice" mean?
Offerings will vary with seasonal and daily availability and design preferences. Images shown reflect a style, scale and price point only. Specific materials are not guaranteed.
